Most Profitable Franchises

Browse the most profitable franchises by turnover or profit. This page compares franchises that publicly publish verified turnover or profit figures for their first three years of operation. Only franchise systems that disclose Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 financial performance are included. Data is taken from official franchisor documentation and prospectus materials. Where profit figures are available, rankings are based on reported net performance. Where only turnover is disclosed, revenue growth over the first three years is used as an indicator of long-term profit potential. Franchises that do not publish financial data are intentionally excluded.

Discover the Most Profitable Franchises and High Profit Franchise Opportunities

Looking for profitable franchise opportunities? On this page, we rank franchises based on real-world profitability data, helping you find the most profitable franchises in the market today.

Our high profit franchises directory is designed to highlight businesses with the strongest potential returns. We use publicly shared financial information, including projected turnover and profit for the first three years, to rank franchises from highest to lowest profit. Any franchises that do not provide clear profitability data are intentionally excluded, ensuring that our listings focus only on businesses with transparent profit potential.

Understanding franchise earnings is crucial before investing. Profitability in franchising depends on both existing franchise performance and careful analysis of the business model, including operational efficiency, market demand, and support systems. Successful franchises are structured to provide owners with the best chance of achieving the results shown, with comprehensive operations manuals, territory planning, and ongoing training.

While our rankings highlight the most profitable franchises, it’s important to remember that actual results can vary. Factors like location, management, and market conditions all play a role in determining your franchise’s financial success.

Whether you’re a first-time franchisee or looking to expand your portfolio, our listings of top earning franchises provide a clear starting point to explore profitable franchise opportunities that match your investment goals.

While Franchise Express makes every effort to list both exciting new and established businesses, we may not have every high profitability franchise listed.

How Franchise Express Decides Which Franchises are Most Profitable

Franchises typically provide expected turnover or profit for years one to three, which is commonly shown in the franchise prospectus. Franchise Express uses this data to order franchises by highest profit and turnover. Any franchises which haven't shared profitability data are intentionally excluded from the “most profitable franchises” directory.

Turnover and profitability in franchising are often based on existing franchise performance alongside profit and loss analysis of the business model. Successful franchises are carefully structured — from operations manuals to territory planning — to help achieve the figures provided by the franchisor. However, it is important to emphasise that actual earnings may vary.

Listings are initially ordered by year one turnover in descending order. Use the filter function at the top of the page to sort between turnover high–low and profit high–low.
